AUCTION RULES

1. Maximum bid price accepted is A$10,000.
2. At least 20% of the bid charge will be donated to the featured charity after the auction closes.
3. All bids are sealed and the value and number of bids placed by bidders are kept strictly confidential.
4. Only 1,000,000 bids are allowed in total. Bid closes once 1,000,000 bids are received.
5. Once 900,000 bids are received, all bidders will be notified and a count-down will begin.
6. Each bidder must be of at least 18 years of age, and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
7. Stamp duty on the purchase of the property by the successful bidder from us will be paid by us. However, we will not pay for any other costs and incidentals (including legal costs) incurred by the successful bidder.
